Patty Howard had a successful career in management and residential lending within the banking industry, which included serving as Senior Vice President for 8 years at one of the nation’s strongest financial institutions.  Patty’s exceptional communication skills, along with her keen ability to negotiate, have been recognized though awards for high level sales and customer service.  She is a Vice President of Long Realty Company, serving on Executive Council, a senior advisory group of select real estate professionals, and the Luxury Property Forum. 

Rick Howard brings with him 25 years of experience in the financial service industry, including extensive real estate and commercial banking interests.  In addition to his strong banking experience Rick was an investment broker with PaineWebber and Wells Fargo’s Private Client Services Division.  The numerous customer service and sales awards Rick has received is evidence of the personal touch he offers each client.  Rick is a highly ethical, professional and experienced real estate professional who places his client’s needs above all else.
